Select View, Sort By and Home settings greyed out

Hi all,

I have just upgraded to MB3 server and Theatre on my Home Theatre, after being very pleased with MB Classic for the last two years.

 

I absolutely abhor the Windows 8-like "tiles" that appear on the main screen for MB3, and I want to change the display back to something that resembles what Classic looked like when I started it up. When I click on the menu icon in the upper right the first three settings (Home, Select View, and Sort By) are greyed out and unavailable.

 

The main screen has the words "Movies," "TV," "Apps," and "Folders," but I set up additional media libraries that I would like to see in this main menu as well (Other and Home). They are there (without any sort of image related) under "Folders" but I want them those titles to appear when I launch MB3.

 

I would like any kind of view other than the tiles. Seriously, this is an absolute show-stopper for me. My system looked perfect in MB Classic and I figured this would be an improvement.
