Necureuil 0 Posted September 1, 2020 Share Posted September 1, 2020 (edited) Bonjour, J'ai l'application de base d'Emby sur ma Shield. depuis quelques jours, pour lire mes vidéos, il m'est demandé d'ajouter un mode de paiement sur g.co/managewallet ???? L'application n'est plus gratuite ? je n'ai aucun moyen de "contourner" ce problème qui rend l'utilisation de l'application totalement impossible. Est ce normal ? Je ne souhaite pas ajouter de moyen de paiement, pour de pures et évidentes questions de sécurité. J'ai bien la page avec les choix suivants qui s'affiche sur mon écran : "s'inscrire à 6.88€/mois" - Déverrouiller l'application " - " Restaurer l'achat" - "Annuler" Je tiens à préciser que le server Emby est sur un NAS. L'application smartphone fonctionne parfaitement, tout comme l'application sur ma smart TV (samsung) placée dans une autre pièce. You can see and read it both on the Google play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tv.emby.embyatv and also in our feature matrix describing each app here: https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001173099-emby-premiere-feature-matrix Unfortunately there was a bug that gave extended trials so many people were able to use the app far longer then a standard 2 week trial. So this wasn't something that changed policy wise or anything like that but the bug was fixed which stopped the extended trials. The app is now working as it used to work and as advertised. We're sorry for any confusion this might have created for you. But to continue using the app for playback you will want to unlock it via the playstore for a one-time low cost fee which is good for the lifetime of the app on Android TV. You could also check out Emby Premiere which can be purchased monthly, yearly or also as a lifetime license which will unlock up to 25 devices (including you Android TV app) as well as give you many new Server features which you can read about in the link above. Emby est gratuit sur plein de plateformes, mais certaines (comme Android TV) nécéssite soit de dévérouiller l'application ou alors de prendre un abonnement Emby Premiere (ce que j'ai fait pour débloquer mon Firestick TV + box android TV dans le salon) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Étrange tout de même, ça fait prés de 7 mois qu'elle tourne sur ma Shield, et j'apprends qu'elle n'est gratuite que pour une période de 15 j... bref, je trouverai un autre moyen. Je trouve l'approche critiquable, la version de base qui me suffit amplement, pourrait rester gratuite, mais bon, c'est ainsi, passons... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It was never "free" but a trial for full playback just like it's listed in the store (big bold letters) and in our matrix describing it's functionality. We have not tried to hide the fact that it was a glitch/bug and most users have understood this and not had an issue with it as they got a few months of free extended testing before they needed to purchase it. Again we're sorry you got an extended trial but hope you want to keep using it after a one-time small purchase for a lifetime license.
