Folder Art with Year

I had these images from back in the day and somehow deleted them.  I was wondering if anyone had a copy of these folder images with current dates.  I think they came in an older MediaBrowser image pack years ago.

Shouldn't be too difficult... Take the one for 2006 and copy - paste the 201 part of a 2010 image to create 2016 in an editor that can handle png files
