NiftieNev 1 Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 The Netflix series "Grace and Frankie" is not being added to my libraries. All other TV shows are. Not all movies are being added to the library.
Luke 40078 Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Hi there, how are your files named and organized?
NiftieNev 1 Posted August 18, 2020 Author Posted August 18, 2020 Directory - series As example: Library directory is "TV Shows" The next level is done by Sonarr based by the name. "Grace and Frankie" is the directory from there; Series XX is where the shows are. Example path "TV Shows\Grace and Frankie\Series 01\Grace and Frankie S0101.mp4" Not in Library Example path "TV Shows\Forensic Files\Series 11\A Tight Leash.mp4" Is in Library and has .bif and .jpg files There are 74 other directories with the same structure and all are fine.
Luke 40078 Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 So your season folder is named Series X? Is that correct?
NiftieNev 1 Posted August 20, 2020 Author Posted August 20, 2020 No XX means number such as 01 02 03 etc. as per the example given.
Happy2Play 9441 Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 In translation TV Shows\Forensic Files\Series 11 would mean TV Shows\Forensic Files\Season 11, correct? Series=Season
NiftieNev 1 Posted August 22, 2020 Author Posted August 22, 2020 Yes to Happy2Play. All my shows are in series, all 76 directories have "Series" in them, including the "Grace and Frankie" directory .
Happy2Play 9441 Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Can you show a screenshot Dashboard-Library and a server log.
Luke 40078 Posted September 8, 2020 Posted September 8, 2020 @NiftieNev please try turning off the series grouping feature for your tv library, then run a library scan and see if that helps. Thanks.
NiftieNev 1 Posted September 10, 2020 Author Posted September 10, 2020 Hi Luke, I had some time trying to find "series grouping feature" but I think this is it "Automatically merge series that are spread across multiple folders". I took the tick off that and re scanned, this made no difference but when new files came in they were put in the correct place. Neville
Luke 40078 Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Yes that is it. Thanks for the feedback.
