Choosing video stream within iso container with internal player

When playing an iso file with multiple video streams (e.g., different versions of the movie) with the MBT internal player, is there a way to choose or set which video stream within the iso will be played by default? For example, if a blu ray iso has the regular movie and the movie with interactive special commentary throughout it, is there a way to select which one is chosen? Right now I'm playing an iso and the special commentary stream keeps getting played by default instead of the standard movie.

Just to add to the problem, the same issue of selecting the wrong video stream happens on some of the older iso discs such as the Lord of the Rings Special Features. Instead of playing the largest video stream inside as it does with the newer releases such as The Hobbit Special Features, MBT plays just the main menu background cinematic when I choose that iso. In other words, it just plays 5 seconds of video that loads the special features menu and not the actual special features. Again, it comes down to how the player selects which stream inside the iso to play.
