So I was trying the other day to filter a studio on a mixed content  type library I have, and found out that the Android TV app does not have it, despite other apps (browser, theater, android phone) having it.

Thanks

Hi.  Exactly where were you when you tried this?

On my Android TV , when I go to a library which is Mixed Content Type , it doesnt show the option to add a filter on the items shown. Whereas on other apps it does

Hi.  What view do you see when you "go to a library which is Mixed Content"?

Can you show a screen shot?

Thanks.

I'm having the same problem, in the Android TV version, I updated by installing the beta version via playstore, but it doesn't have the same "Filter" option it has for other versions.

Version PlayStore:

Current version: 1.8.10g

If you want the latest version (its up to .22) you have to get the apk (see below) and install that. Google are really slow at the moment.

I upgraded to version 1.8.22 and saw that in Release Notes 1.8.21 the filter problem was fixed. But I still can't see the filter, did I do something wrong?

Version: 1.8.22.G

You need to enter an actual library like Movies in order to apply a filter.

You say click where it is marked in red right ?!
If so, I can't click, I can only browse the film covers.image.thumb.png.f7360d3edc133342c48eb257821ca4b5.png

I found out what I did wrong, I needed to adjust the configuration below.

After the adjustment it was as follows in the application and it worked.
