Scan Library never finish

Hi ,

 

I have a problem with scan libray on my server ( windows server 2012 ) the problem never came on my NAS with windows home server 2011 . The scan library never finish sometime is 30% , 60% or 98% . I try to do a clean install clear all the cache etc remove all plugin  but the problem was still there . After I try to remove all the .xml , .jpeg. .png files but came with the same result but if I uncheck scan metadata from internet the scan library work perfectly. here the logs files thx for your help .
