LiveTV (m3u Tuner) - Unknown codec specified

Hi,

Been running TVHeadend Live TV Source from m3u tuner for a few years but recently its all stopped working. I have searched countless forum posts, web searches but not found anything that fixes it.

I have tried various transcoding profiles / stream profiles and also to no avail.
