Since upgrade to v4.4.3 on Windows I get a daily error for the extraction of subtitles for a particular movie. The error is listed in the dashboard. This movie has been in the library for years. Please advise how to fix. The log shows:

Not really helpful for your issue but I am wondering how are extracting subs using Emby?

I do extract the subtitles as well but need to use mkvextract for it.

€dit: Or does this happen while transcoding?

Something obviously changed since v4.4.2 since the affected movie is old and the error was not previously reported.

I may have fixed the issue by manually downloading the subtitles file through the GUI. The most popular one had a download error which may have caused the issue. I simply selected another version. I had to rescan the library before the error stopped showing up during the subtitle download task.

I think I misunderstood your initial post but for clarification:

You were not trying to extract subtitles within a mkv file, right?

No this is an mp4 and does not contain subtitles. I also was not trying to do anything manually. I was reacting to a pesky daily error that shows up in the alerts on the dashboard.

Can you provide a copy of the media info from the bottom of the web app detail screen? Thanks.
