a lot of my cover posters/disk/banner /backdrop/thumb/ are missing from my collection

i added a lot of them back again manually when i press identify and pick the correct movie

no images are downloaded in fact it removes the images i manually added

i have a collection of about 1000 movies and to fix them all would take ages

What providers do you have picked in settings. Are your movies named correctly for easy identifying?

I only have a couple of things that are hard to identify and usually that sort of issue is all my fault, something misspelled in the naming of the file. 

 

Do you have this issue with movie or tv or both? How do you have your files named?

 

I have everything in folders, Movies\name of movie\name of movie.mkv

 

When specifically useful, the date of the movie like  "Name of Movie (2009).mkv" you should keep your naming scheme folder to file exactly the same So: Movies\Name of Movie (2009)\Name of Movie (2009.mkv) to distinguish from other movies with the same title.

What is your folder structure and naming convention?  Are these in a Movies library or mixed-content?
