jellowe 8
I was cleaning up my TV library since I have a hard disk that is getting full. I deleted about 20GB worth of tv shows and the hard drive used is still the same. The 20+GB of space has not been freed up. Is this something that should happen immediately or is there some other process that actually deletes the files later? I can see that the folders are gone from the directory, and I see in the log file that the paths are being deleted and there are no errors, but the space on the disk is not being freed up. jellowe 8
Recycle bin is empty. I'm running Emby as a service, which is supposed to delete without sending to the recycle bin. But yes, I checked the recycle bin and it is empty.
jellowe 8
Nvm i had to delete my $RECYCLE.BIN folder and let windows recreate it and it freed up the phantom used space.
