bubffm 7
Due to some issues during upgrading my Synology DSM Version from 6.2.2. to 6.2.3 I had to soft-reset the NAS, to I needed to reinstall all my packages, including emby. I am now having problems re-entering my Premiere key. I entered it and pressed ENTER, Emby gives me a confirm massage, BUT I still get that "Get Premiere" message displayed and cannot find the Backup Plugin in the Plugin-listing to restore my Database and settings. So I assume the Premiere Key has not been registered properly. I have rebooted emby, but that does not change anything. I am on the latest version 4.4.3.0-1 Any idea how I can get this key registered so I can get back up and running? Many thanks Edited May 30, 2020 by bubffm
ebr 14929
Hi. This is almost always due to a firewall blocking or other network configuration issue. More than likely, the server cannot get out to our site to validate. A server log after entering the key would probably confirm that.
bubffm 7
I switched the firewall off. No difference. How can I see / send this log?

Luke 37112
As far as Emby server goes, due to that certificate expiration this will potentially require an update to the server. We are looking into it.
