Gostaria de colocar esse "fundo semi transparente" atrás do formulário de login como podem ver na imagem. (utilizei a imagem de exemplo de um site de streaming famoso)

Espero que dê pra entender xD
Seria bom ter uma opacidade de 65% +/-

Não, pois, utilizo um background que fica dificil enxergar... 

 

por exemplo, imagina essa tela de login do site famoso (dessa imagem de exemplo) sem este background preto semi-transparente, ia ficar meio ruim de enxergar
