Collection not showing all items in library

Hi,

 

I few of my collections (30%) is not showing all items it includes in my library, e.g. the Kill Bill Collection.

 

The XML file from /var/lib/emby/data/collections:

What I tried so far:

• Removing the collection and add it again via Auto Box Sets.
• Removing the collection and the movies from the library (by moving the files out, waiting for them to be removed from the library and moving them back again) , readying the movies and creating the collection again via Auto Box Sets.

From the last try you can see the log files in the attached files.

 

Any idea what I can do to make this work?

Have you run a directory scan, as well as the collection (via the plugin) ??

Then i think it can only be a filepermission issue.

Make sure that your files are set to 0644. They do not have to be owned by the emby user.

It's not related to file permissions. The folders and the files have been set to 755. The Emby user is part of the group from the owner of the folders and files. I can play the files and Emby can write into their folders.

Then I think you should report a problem, so that the staff can take a look at it.

Does the movie that is missing from the collection have multiple versions (1080p, 480p etc)?

If so try temporarily removing all but one version of the movie, scan the movie library then manually add it to the collection.

If this works, add the extra versions back to the folder.
