econ 74 Posted July 9, 2014 Share Posted July 9, 2014 I have a number of sporting events that I recorded and keep within MB. In the past I kept them in a folder type of "home movies." However, since the addition of the folder type "mixed movies and tv" I have changed it so that it can pull metadata automatically. However, I noticed that my "Sports" media folder no longer shows up within the slide out on the left hand side of the browser. Is that working as expected? ebr 14981 Posted July 9, 2014 Share Posted July 9, 2014 Go into your user settings (click on your user icon) and be sure the Sports folder is not selected to be combined into a view. BTW - the "mixed" folder type is not a new addition. In fact it only exists to support people coming from prior systems (that was the only type recognized by MB 2). You will get better results if you can define the type of the folder more closely than mixed. So, if your sports are in a TV format you might do better with that type of folder.
