psykix 97
Hiya, Nzbdrone puts special episodes in a Specials folder and there seems to be no way to override this behaviour. This results in the following in MB :- If I move the file manually to a Season 00 folder then it looks correct :- Is there any way I can get the Specials folder to behave the same as the Season 00 folder? psykix 97
Is this something that can be fixed on the server? It seems that TheMovieDB does not return any valid season Metadata for Specials. I'm wondering if adding TheTVDB as a metadata service provider for TV Series Seasons will fix the issue? 2014-07-11 09:15:55.7876 Debug - App: MovieDbSeasonProvider returned no metadata for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials 2014-07-11 09:15:55.7876 Debug - App: Running SeasonNfoProvider for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials 2014-07-11 09:15:55.7876 Debug - App: SeasonNfoProvider returned no metadata for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials 2014-07-11 09:15:55.7876 Debug - App: Running SeasonXmlProvider for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8121 Debug - App: SeasonXmlProvider returned no metadata for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8121 Debug - App: Running TvdbSeasonImageProvider for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8206 Debug - App: Running FanArtSeasonProvider for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8381 Debug - App: Running TvdbEpisodeProvider for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials\An Idiot Abroad - S00E01 - The Preview Show.mkv 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8381 Debug - App: Running EpisodeNfoProvider for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials\An Idiot Abroad - S00E01 - The Preview Show.mkv 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8381 Debug - App: EpisodeNfoProvider returned no metadata for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials\An Idiot Abroad - S00E01 - The Preview Show.mkv 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8381 Debug - App: Running EpisodeXmlProvider for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials\An Idiot Abroad - S00E01 - The Preview Show.mkv 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8577 Debug - App: Running FFProbeProvider for \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials\An Idiot Abroad - S00E01 - The Preview Show.mkv 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8577 Debug - ProviderManager: Saving \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials\An Idiot Abroad - S00E01 - The Preview Show.mkv to Media Browser Xml. 2014-07-11 09:15:55.8757 Debug - App: Saving \\QNAP\Multimedia\TV Series\An Idiot Abroad\Specials\An Idiot Abroad - S00E01 - The Preview Show.mkv to database. psykix 97
I realise I'm talking to myself here, but I resolved this (sort of). I set the season number to 0 and then it is picked up correctly. No idea why it populates the season number when it is in a Season 0 folder, but doesn't populate it when it is in a Specials folder however. The actual files are named correctly (S00E01 etc) Anyway, it's a workaround :-)
im85288 1493
Cool, I have yet to try retrieving specials so was following this thread with interest So do you configure something in nzbdrone to save specials in the season 0 folder?
psykix 97
Cool, I have yet to try retrieving specials so was following this thread with interest So do you configure something in nzbdrone to save specials in the season 0 folder? No, you can't that's the problem. nzbdrone will only save them to a Specials folder. There's no option to tell it to use a Season 0 folder. I tried manually moving them to a Season 0 folder and then they were picked up ok. Moved them back to Specials folder, and they don't get recognised. File names are unchanged between moves. Weird! im85288 1493
Looking at the Wiki it does not seem to be specified how to add specials correctly: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/MediaBrowser/wiki/Library-Structure It may be something @@Luke could easily integrate though for more compatibility..hopefully
psykix 97
This appears to be resolved btw. Thanks Luke :-)
