Display Missing Episodes within Seasons

Recently I have been cleaning up my media library and looking for episodes within TV series that I have missing. So I decided to turn on the "Display Missing Episodes within Seasons" feature.  I also over time have adjusted the way I store my TV series folder structure.  

 

Some are stored as:

/TV Series/Seinfeld/Season 1/S01E01 Seinfeld The Seinfeld Chronicles.mkv

 

Others are stored as:

/TV Series/Glee/S01E01.mkv

 

Both perfectly legit according to the MB folder structure and pulling the metadata perfectly.

 

However, I noticed that for the TV series that are stored as /TV Series/Seinfeld/Season 1 AND have a Specials folder within it (stored as /TV Series/Seinfeld/Season 0) will not pull the missing episodes and seasons for the TV show. 

 

If I temporarily remove the Season 0 folder and refresh the metadata on the TV series the missing episodes display correctly.
