Some episodes stuck on "ready to transfer"

Hi,

 

so..

Device: Mi A2 Lite Android 10

Problem: some episode remain stuck in ready to transfer status.

If I sync 4 episode of a specific show the second remain stuck.

I rotated the log, removed the second episode from sync and click save.

Emby automatically re-added (correctly) the episode in sync and is always ready to transfer..

With another show I have the same problem but what I tried is:

- take the episode stuck out of the library

- full library refresh

- moved the episode back in

- full library refresh

 

After that the sync (setted with limit of 2 items) downloaded the episode previously stuck

HI, what version of the app? Are you sure you have enough free space on the device?

Yeah, I'm sure about free space..

app version 3.1.22

 

the problem is not the android app because if add more episode in sync (ex 7) all are downloaded..only the 03x17 episode in first reported problem won't download..

 

regarding the second example I taked out the 15x10 episode from emby, full library refresh, re-insered in one piece folder, full library refresh.. after that the episode is transfering
