jmassaro87 28
Background, I went from a HTPC to a DS418play about 6 months ago. This thing has been amazing. Now the issue. I have many tv series that are missing metadata. Big Bang Theory for example. I have all 11 seasons, none of them have metadata. They used to on my old HTPC. I have tried refreshing and replacing to no avail. Really dont want to have to manually add. Attached is a server log from this morning. embyserver.txt Edited April 9, 2020 by jmassaro87

Luke 37191
OK, so what metadata is missing?
jmassaro87 28
OK, so what metadata is missing? Pretty much all of it with that series. And a few others. BBT has cast information, but thats about it, no art at all, no episode names or descriptions. Castle is another one, season one is fine, but the art is wrong, and other seasons have no episode info. but some metadata are fine. like parks and rec. everything is there. Hi, yes, have you explored the Identify feature?
dcruff 13
Yes, and it usually works. But, sometimes it doesn't. Some times there is a different original name to the movie. Sometimes I can't figure out why it won't pull up the proper data. I've used IMDB to copy the code direct to the Metadata in the hopes that it would use that to look up the correct information. That doesn't seem to work.
