allseeing_i 0
hi i have a separate library for all 4K movies. different hard drive all together. For example, when i play something like Jurassic park (1993) in 1080p in my movies library, stop playing for whatever reason, go back to my home page, it shows me both the 1080p Jurassic park and the 4k one to continue both at the same time. the ONLY thing they both have in common is that their filenames are the same. but they are in completely different drives and in different emby libraries. i added a picture. as you can see its also happening with star wars2222 is there a way to stop the duplication WITHOUT renaming the files? Happy2Play 8332
Do to the fact that paths are not used in userdata tracking at all this is expected behaviour. If path was used, everyone would lose their watched status if and when media is movied. Emby tracks all userdata by providerid, so if you have 10 versions of said movie in different locations, you would see all of them in Continue watching. Where multi-version naming in same folder prevents this.
