emilthorne 0
My Mediabrowser server isn't adding any metadata for movies at all. Scan media library hangs whenever i have a directory with Folder type: Movies in my library. Even if it only contains 1 single movie folder (jurassic park). It also stalls when trying to refresh data manually or identify , spinning circle forever (see screenshot). I've tried to enable and disable the combination of data sources and the logs arent showing anything. (no timeout for scanning media library?) When removing the direcotry with folder type movies. It works great (for tv-series). Any help on locating this error is greatly apriciated! Thanks
Delphi 83
did you try the identify button?
Koleckai Silvestri 1150
Probably going to need a log file to see why it isn't pulling information. See: http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/ However I would guess that it is due to naming. There is no movie known as Jurassic Park I. The folder should be named "Jurassic Park (1993)". If you have multiple movies in the same folder they should be named "%Movie Title% (%YEAR%)" or "Jurassic Park (1993)". Make sure to use parenthesis instead of brackets on the year to make it easier. I use the recommended movie structure found in the Wiki and have rarely had a problem with movies being identified properly. https://github.com/MediaBrowser/MediaBrowser/wiki/Library-Structure Edited June 30, 2014 by Wayne Luke
Luke 37128
Its probably something different if its hanging. Maybe an http request getting stuck. Would need fiddler to verify
