Siutsch 9
Hi.After a restart of the PC you have the possibility to open the settings via the settings icon at the top right: And extra symbols appear when you are with the mouse on the covers, as well as arrows to scroll page by page: After waking up from standby the Settings Icon in the upper right corner has disappeared and also the extra symbols on the covers and the faded arrows no longer appear. In this state, however, a menu bar appears at the bottom edge (with Home, Movie, Series, Search, etc.), which is otherwise not visible This is the case on all tested browsers (Firefox, Edge, Chrome), and only after a restart it works again until the first wake up after standby. Can you explain why that is, or am I missing a setting somewhere? Thanks. Edited March 5, 2020 by Siutsch
Luke 37251
Hi, I really don't know. Is chrome up to date?
Siutsch 9
Yes, all browser are up to date.I use Firefox (73.0.1) but tested with all other browsers I have too.And I have to say, that I use a portable version of Firefox (it's what I've always done). But I'm sorry to correct myself. With chrome and edge this works now, even after Standy, only Firefox needs a reboot,I don't know why. This is what it looks like with Firefox for me now:Upper bar:This is how the upper bar looks like with chrome: Lower menu bar: With chrome there is no lower menu bar! When I click in the middle of a cover, the playback starts, so the play function is still there, only the play icon is also not visible (with Firefox).Do you have any idea what might be wrong here?Thank you. Luke 37251
Looks like firefox is reporting that your primary input method is touch, so we're switching to the mobile layout.
Siutsch 9
Ah, OK.And do you happen to know if you can disable that somewhere in Firefox?
Luke 37251
I'm not sure. I think we can look at improving the way we do this as well.
