Doonz2019 3
Hi there, not sure how to frame this so i'll try to be clear. At my house I have the emby server and set up with an IPTV provider using LiveTv. Everything internally works as expected no issues. Now at my parents house they're connecting to my emby server and trying to stream the livetv. They're running in to serious buffering issues at anything above 2mb. Now my home server is connected to gigabit with a speed tested 970mbps upload. My parents house is 30mbit speedtested. I'm not sure what could be causing the issues. We're both running the latest amazon firestick 4k with ethernet not wifi. There settings are identical to mine. The feeds are only streamed at 8mbit. Just looking for advice on what to look in to? Doonz2019 3
Ok tried that problem still persist's. Can you tell me if emby just passes the video stream link to the client then the client connects to it or does emby get the stream and restreams it to the client? ebr 14949
Very hard to say. Could be high latency issues. You have ffmpeg logs from ones that work vs don't?
