Didn't have a problem with Emby adding it here.

Make sure you IDENTIFY it correctly.

TheMovieDB ID = 512200

IMDB ID = tt7975244

The folder and movie are named "Jumanji The Next Level (2019)".

I would make sure you have the proper movie metadata downloaders set up for the library in which the movie resides in. You might have one of the providers that provides the metadata disabled. There's really only two options, but if you have TheMovieDB enabled, it should show up.

Since you have everything enabled, it's really odd that it's not showing up for you. Perhaps the API requests are being blocked somewhere, however that shouldn't be the case if Plex still fetches the metadata for you.

logs...

It didn't even make any attempts to fetch internet metadata. Are you sure you configured the settings for the right library? How many Emby libraries have you created?

Also I would use the metadata editor on that movie to check and make sure the metadata isn't locked for that title.
