Configuration of Server - Long time till loaded

Since a few weeks I am facing a rather strange problem. When my PC (Windows 7 - 64Bit) start up I automatically start the Server (Version 3.0.5271.29451). After a certain amount of time I start my Browser (Firefox) and start the Configuration. I do remember that in the beginning this was a matter of a few seconds, however now according to the Log File it need 57seconds till I can do any action there.

 

Any clue - reason what is the problem? I have pasted the last part of the Log File here below if it would help.
