Maybe you should update the Premiere page because this feature has not worked for over a month now, some people like myself could be upset that they purchased a lifetime Premiere and advertised features do not work. There are new changes from Google where they start blocking our requests after we send several of them in a short period of time. I mean, I appreciate your reply after a month of silence but this has been reported for 3 months now, unsure how much longer you classify as "a little time" While still not updating that this premiere feature on the KB is broken, at what point do I ask for a refund?
