patsfan 1 Posted February 8, 2020 Share Posted February 8, 2020 hi Guys, new to this project and I am stuck here. I have setup my pc for plex with no problem, heard of Emby and wanted to try it out. The thing is I cant get connected through either outside my network or from within my lan.i have open ports 8096, 80, 443, 8920 which I changed for local https still no luck. Solution patsfan 1 Posted February 8, 2020 Author Solution Share Posted February 8, 2020 Update: It seems my Anti-Virus Avast was blocking the port and once I disabled it for a bit (which i tried this a few times), didn't do anything, then tried to login through the emby server it opened up the port 8096, seems to be working. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
