step55 6 Posted February 6, 2020 Share Posted February 6, 2020 I tried to manually download a subtitle file last night using the web client (multiple browsers, multiple pcs), but the option seems to be missing from the 3 dot menu for every video that I tried (see attached pic).I'm using windows server version 4.3.10, and open subtitles plugin 1.0.22.0. I can log in to opensubtitles manually with my credentials and download fine.This is probably the first time I've tried this since moving to server version 4.Am I looking in the wrong place?
