[Web Player] Move Music Controls/Actions from right of the Track List to Left

This change makes it much easier to associate what your dealing with to each track, right now you gotta kinda follow the line to make sure your selecting the action on the right track, Spotify does it this way too for the same reason:

Yeah sure for android apps go for it or when viewport width is relatively small. For touch screens right is more natural as its where most of the population (right handers) would index themselves and the smaller width on phone devices allow for an easier time seeing which line goes to which action, on large width devices its painful.

 

Lemme show you a real example with my 32:9, this is painful:

 

Spotify however does not have this problem:

Perhaps move just the favorite to the left, and add a highlighted accent when hovering over each row and make a max-width for it
