mbakirov 2 Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 At the moment in the xbox theatre app i can only move forward and backwards in 10 second increments. sometimes i want to play a movie from a certain point in time and scrolling takes forever! could be nice if we could configure the move intervals or even have a "jump to " a certain point in time as the foxtel app does. thank you!
Luke 38980 Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 we could configure the move intervals Hi, you can. Have you explored the app's playback settings?
mbakirov 2 Posted January 29, 2020 Author Posted January 29, 2020 Hi, you can. Have you explored the app's playback settings? Thanks luke i will double check tonight (not at home yet). thank you!
mbakirov 2 Posted January 29, 2020 Author Posted January 29, 2020 Hi, you can. Have you explored the app's playback settings? Hi yes i have explored, there is a setting that allows you to adjust the interval from 10 to 30 seconds, still with 30 seconds it takes quite a lot of time to get, say, to the middle of the movie. in the web/desktop this is not a problem as i can use mouse and click into any point of time, but there is no mouse on xbox.
ebr 15487 Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 Hi. One quicker way would be to start the item from a chapter point.
mbakirov 2 Posted January 31, 2020 Author Posted January 31, 2020 Hi. One quicker way would be to start the item from a chapter point. thank you but.. i dont think most of my files have any chapter points, is there some feature i am not aware of? anyways, i still think "jump to" a certain point in time would be a good feature.
Luke 38980 Posted January 31, 2020 Posted January 31, 2020 Yes we can look at improving this. Thanks for the feedback.
