sync job failing

So i selected entire tvshow and synced it, to reduce the quality to 4mb 720 Quality

this has worked amazingly 

and has transcoded everything down 

BUT

the job shows a error as 261 from the 13K  just say failed

Is there anyway i can only select the Failed items , as going in via the sync menu only lets me choose 2 at a time
