Fallback to software transcoding automatically if hardware transcoding isn't fast enough

Hi, I'd like an option for the envy server to intelligently switch from hardware transcoding to software transcoding if it detects the frame rate is slower than real time. I prefer hardware transcoding most of the time because it's fast enough and generally more power efficient, but certain combinations of subtitles, audio formats, and video profiles simply can't be transcoded in real time on my server. However, software transcoding is more than capable of running faster than real time for these videos.

 

The issue is - in order to turn on software transcoding in these cases, I currently have to enable or disable HW at a server level instead of an instance level.
