Theodore 130
I've been playing with various views and on the List view (as opposed to Primary or Thumb views) there is a LOT of open real estate. This is particularly noticeable in the Playlists section. Please add in the middle of the bar for List view to show the description field (and rating) when using this view. You can see in the examples below the amount of space when using the web browser that is simply wasted between the title and the runtime. Even just 4 lines of text at a 100 or 150 characters per line should show MOST of the description if not all of it. Happy2Play 8332
But that is subjective to the device you are viewing on.
Theodore 130
I may be incorrect here, but I suspect that a majority of people who use the browser based version to browse their library are not using a mobile device. But if we assume for a moment that it is 50/50 or completely incorrect, write into the code that displays the site to detect either a mobile or desktop/PC device/browser and display that version. I know just enough about website coding to be able to comment and direct projects, but assuming you are using PHP (and not IIS) to display the site - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2257597/reliable-user-browser-detection-with-php
Luke 37181
Yes I think there is room for improvement in the list view. 1
