cmh31909 0
I have a library with several folders of YouTube videos that I would like to not have metadata attached as it of course is all wrong since these are not movies or tv shows. Is there a way to disable metadata updating for a library? Is there a way to remove metadata that has already been attached to a library? Thanks, Carlton
Happy2Play 8356
Easiest way is use Home Videos and Photos content type as there are no metadata providers. But you can disable all metadata and image options on a library. As for already imported metadata, you would have to remove the media and do a library scan , then re-add. But if you have the option to save metadata and images with media, you will have to manually remove metadata and images from the media when you remove the library before you re-add it.
