What exactly is the point of Login disclaimer now when it is not showing on the login screen anymore?

I just launched emby and it updated, the Login disclaimer has no longer any function why does it remain in the settings?

It is not displayed on the login screen?

 

(Only using Web interface)

Yep it is hidden and no longer appears if we unhide it.
