Can't Connect to LAN via iOS

I have a Emby server running on my Raspberry Pi 4.

I can connect to it fine on my laptop, however I can not connect to it on my iPhone. It doesn't work via the Emby app or Safari.

I have tried restarting multiple times, it doesn't work.

It DOES work for the WLAN connection though, if I turn off wifi and connect to the WLAN IP address via LTE my iPhone can load it.

So what is going on with the LAN?

Yes it shows 192.168.1.xxx:8096 and if i connect to that via laptop it works. but doing the same thing via Safari on my iPhone just hangs.

When I connect to 192.168.1.xxx:8096 on my MacBook it loads the Emby server and I can start watching my videos.

When I connect to 192.168.1.xxx:8096 on my iPhone it says "Safari could not load the page because the server stopped responding"

yes entering that address into the safari address bar.

I have also tried using the iOS Emby app but it does not work either. Same problem, it just times out.

I am running iOS 13.3 on iPhone 7 Plus

Have you applied any setting to Dashboard-Network?

I have no issues entering my LANIP:8096 into Safari or App on my iPhone 7 (IOS 13.3) and it connecting on my wifi.

Check the server log for any mention of the phone's ip address.

If there's nothing then i'm not sure what we can do as this is just a case of traffic not getting from point A to point B based on network configuration.

I don't see anything of value in the logs. Why would this work when connecting from my Laptop on the In-Home (LAN) access but not my iPhone?

And why would my iPhone be able to connect to the
Remote (WAN) access ip but not the In-Home (LAN) access ip?

Is your laptop wireless also?  Almost sounds like separate networks.

Yes laptop is wireless as well as the iPhone.

I think I narrowed it down to my iPhone being jailbroken. It is working on a different non-jailbroken iPhone.

I dont know what tweaks are causing the issue

Best guess would possibly be network type (Private vs Public).  Don't know how these are classified on a device.  Does your firewall have Private and Public entries?
