siteripper2 0 Posted December 5, 2019 Posted December 5, 2019 Hello, with the "Add User to Session" feature ( https://github.com/MediaBrowser/plugin.video.emby/wiki/add-user-to-emby-session ) a normal User (no admin, cant manage Server) is able to see all other Users who are on the Emby.-Server. For privacy reasons: Is there a way to prevent that?
Angelblue05 4131 Posted December 5, 2019 Posted December 5, 2019 Not in a meaningful way no. You can set users as hidden on your server, those users wouldn’t show up in the list... I can maybe tweak so that hidden users are in fact hidden and remove the override switch in settings... you’d need to type their username or something... public users are public otherwise.
siteripper2 0 Posted December 5, 2019 Author Posted December 5, 2019 (edited) Hidden users are also shown in the list Edited December 5, 2019 by siteripper2
Angelblue05 4131 Posted December 5, 2019 Posted December 5, 2019 Hidden users are also shown in the list I've changed the logic of it, in the add-on settings > interface > disable show hidden users. This will be disabled by default.
