Hey here is an error i get over and over... is this normal i have disabled "Enable thumbnail image creation" is it still trying to make thumbnails ? Or is this normal on a scan

 

I keep geting api bans from google on rclone mount.

Hi, it's the api ban that is most likely causing the failure. You'll probably want to disable thumbnails if you're using rclone.

Hey mate

 

Its defo a api ban, im just wondering if the logs show if its still trying to make thumbnails even tho its disabled. I keep getting api bans but have disabled thumbnails.

I have been coverting media via emby would this have negative affects as its using the mount

Yes of course it will keep trying. Emby Server just sees it as a generic file mount, and the file system access is being denied, but it has no way of knowing that it's due to an rclone api ban. We'd have to build specialized rclone support for that.
