Royboy19 0 Posted September 22, 2019 Share Posted September 22, 2019 (edited) Hi my android tv app updated to 1.7.43g and it is no longer showing specials in season (as it used to). I have them named correctly from tvdb (structure \TV\Showname\Specials\S00E01 that is an example of a show pilot named the same as tvdb). This always worked but not now it still works in web browser but not on on tv app for example for a show with a special (which is pilot) in season 1 with 4 episodes it displays on cover art 5 episodes (special plus 4 episodes) but when you click on season only 4 episodes show.It can't be named wrong as it shows correctly on web app also always used to work nothing has changed. Will this be fixed with an update? as it is annoying. Display specials within seasons they aired in is ticked Cheers For anyone else experiencing the same issue I reverted to android tv app 1.7.21g and "specials" now work and show in season folder. So something changed in the app which caused the problem when this is rectified I will update again. Maybe this will help Luke if you compare both apps and see what changed, I see an all episodes folder in 1.7.43 which 1.7.21 doesn't have maybe that caused the issue? either way I'll stay on older app as it does what I want. Thanks I just updated to 1.7.51g (is that the beta?) if so it has solved the problem. Thank you very much when will that app be public released? If I pull out of "beta testing" now will I keep use of that app or will I need to roll back and update when it becomes public?Thanks for the help.
