fxwegr 5
I no longer see the media in my libraries. In the folder view, however, Emby shows the folders without the media they contain. All other views show nothing. The media are on a Synology NAS. The shared media folders are mounted on my app server (see picture). In the log file I find a hint to a port mapping error.Who can help or has a hint? embyserver.txt
Luke 37994
Hi, what exactly do you see? Can you show a screenshot? Thanks.
Solution fxwegr 5 Posted September 16, 2019 Author Solution Share Posted September 16, 2019 OK and thanks to everyone. I could fix the problem. The cause was a mount error. This occurred because the user with which the mount command accesses the NAS no longer exists on the NAS. Why this? I suppose Murphy is behind it. Luke 37994
Did you try setting up the mount again?

Luke 37994
Can you make the mount permanent?
fxwegr 5
The mount is permanent via the fstab, and is executed automatically during boot/reboot. But if the mount has an authorization problem at this point, the boot will still run smoothly. That's why the problem can only be detected after some research.
