Hauppauge TV tuner (WinTV-HVR-955Q) on Synology

Hi All - 

 

I know this has been asked a few time and native support in Emby for Hauppauge has not been added just yet. I'm planning to do a lot of traveling in my RV without a consistent internet connection. Due to this requirement Plex is not an option for me even though Plex would allow for me to connect my Synology to my hauppauge tuner.

Are there any plans to incorporate this time of functionality in Emby without needing NextPVR, TVHeadEnd or WinTV installed and configured?
