ebr 14963 Posted September 15, 2019 Share Posted September 15, 2019 Hi. When you purchased the device upgrade, did you use the same email address as your Lifetime key? That is the only way it will know to associate the two. If you didn't, please send an email to billingsupport@emby.media and provide both email addresses. Thanks.
