Erik 120
Hi, I was rebuilding my TV library and having a hard time getting the metadata. For example, when i try to change an image, it doesn't load images to choose from. The following is a example from the logs. I have a feeling is thetvdb.com having a problem as i can barely use their website (search takes +5 minutes to do anything). Can someone confirm this for me maybe. Thanks. 2019-09-01 19:26:40.224 Info HttpClient: GET https://www.thetvdb.com/banners/posters/280494-5.jpg 2019-09-01 19:26:40.229 Error HttpServer: Error processing request *** Error Report *** Version: 4.2.1.0 Command line: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\EmbyServer.dll -noautorunwebapp Operating system: Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0 64-Bit OS: True 64-Bit Process: True User Interactive: True Runtime: file:///C:/Users/Administrator/AppData/Roaming/Emby-Server/system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 4 Program data path: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata Application directory: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: 522 at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsyncInternal(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsync(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at MediaBrowser.Api.Images.RemoteImageService.DownloadImage(String url, Guid urlHash, String pointerCachePath) at MediaBrowser.Api.Images.RemoteImageService.Get(GetRemoteImage request) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Services.ServiceController.GetTaskResult(Task task) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Services.ServiceHandler.ProcessRequestAsync(HttpListenerHost appHost, IRequest httpReq, IResponse httpRes, RestPath restPath, String responseContentType, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.HttpListenerHost.RequestHandler(IRequest httpReq, ReadOnlyMemory`1 urlString, ReadOnlyMemory`1 host, ReadOnlyMemory`1 localPath, CancellationToken cancellationToken) Source: Emby.Server.Implementations TargetSite: Void MoveNext()
Luke 37242
Yes the 522 response means an issue on their end. We'll just have to wait for it to clear up.
Erik 120
Thanks for confirming @@Luke Just a thought about it... Could Emby display an error with that and abort back to the previous screen or something? As i just get the spinning circle forever and when i try to back out the pages are all blank and I had to actually either close the browser and reopen or refresh the back back to the user's Emby landing home page. Not very graceful that's all. Thanks again.
Luke 37242
This type of scanning is a background process. There isn't really anywhere to display an error message, except perhaps the server activity log.
