How to use embedded music info?

Hey folks, probably this question was asked before, but i dont find an answer to my question...

I like to setup an emby server for my music collection. I want to use all offline information for my music (as cover, metadata etc.) I don't get it done. I i previously tagged my media with mp3tag, but i switched to musicbrainz picard because of the better discog tag integration. However i fail to setup my emby properly.

Here is an example:

The first image shows my settings in emby,

the second one shows how my file is shown in emby,

the third image shows the cover art displayed in mp3tag.

The fourth image shows the location of the "folder.jpg" (why is that image stored in some folder in the server and not in the folder of the music album? I checked the "save artwork in media fodlers" is that not the right setting?)

My understanding was that the setting "image extractor" searched the music filme for embedded cover and extracts it.

But everytime i reload this album in my music library i got to see this unwanted cover.

The last image shows some coverart. Its intact in mp3tag or musicbrainz picard, but shows corrupted in the emby library.

Does some of you got some hints for me, i tried to fix that yesterday for several hours, but doesn't found a fix :(

I would appreciate your help

Using the provided example the embedded image was used for me.  But yes to me there would be a issue when only Audio image extraction is enabled as it is not stored with the album.

I can only assume Audio image fetcher only applies to tracks (on the fly during playback) as all album image fetchers have technically been disabled.  So do we need another option to have a extracted Audio track image to Album folder?  But now if the tracks have different images we would have a issue with what track image was saved a album folder image.
