4.2.1.0 - Next Up does not respect library restrictions.

Hello. 

 

The next up section in the home page does not respect library restrictions when a user has never watched anything. Next up show the users season 1 episode 1 of every tv show in a tv including folders the user does not have access to. The problem goes away after you have marked your first episode watched. 

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have an Emby instance with a tv library with multiple folders

2. Create a new user

3. Log in to new user.

4. See all tv shows in library appear in the Next Up section. Click on TV library and notice that the shows are not there.
