lokiroo 0
I have both enabled subtitle downloading with my opensubtitles account and I have an English and Portuguese subtitle file within each movie folder on my server. They just don't show up. I have enabled every subtitle setting I can find. I am experiencing this on my Roku and via the webplayer. Any ideas? lokiroo 0
I have attached the log below of the the most recent video I attempted to play from the WebPlayer. Here is also a screenshot of what the inside of the folder looks like eon my server as well as the setting I have enabled for my profile and server. Despite all of this I am still unable to view subs on both my Roku and in the browser. ffmpeg-remux-a9263e2e-813d-452c-9b57-26feaa1340a9_1.txt Edited August 27, 2019 by lokiroo

Do you have any? Have you tried using the subtitle editor to manually download subtitles?
lokiroo 0
Hmm weird, do I need to have my subtitle files named something specific? In each movie I have on my server I have an info file, the movie mp4 and two sub files in both English and Portuguese. That is how I have them named in the files I attached. Only.Yesterday.1991.JAPANESE.720p.BRRip.x264.AC3-WiNTeaM_eng.srt Only.Yesterday.1991.JAPANESE.720p.BRRip.x264.AC3-WiNTeaM_por.srt
