Or, at least, have it monitor every folder that is used in any Emby library. I have one folder I use for Music Videos which I want to also convert the MKV files to MP4. Polymorph does not convert in that folder. As I mentioned in another thread you answered, thank you, Polymorph needs to run on selected folders.
