I'm specifically looking for My Media headers like "MOVIES", "TV SHOWS", "COLLECTIONS", and "PLAYLISTS" - just the main header images I customized. 

 

I've been looking through appData folder, found a bunch of stuff like user pics but I can't seems to find the header images, any help would be great!

Have you looked in "\Emby-Server\programdata\root\default\librarynamed folders"?

it was actually in \AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\root\default\xxxxxxxxxxx  but your post helped tremendously, thank you!

Assuming you have a default installation yes, as mine is actually "C:\Emby-Server\programdata\root\default\xxx"
