romankk 8
Hi,First of all: I am a newbie when it comes to Emby, but I really want to stick to it as it has some features that I miss with Plex, which I am currently using. However, I face some problems when updating the metadata of some of my media files. So, to provide a clean log for you guys, I have restarted the server and tried to update the metadata of a single TV show and immediately saw some exceptions in the log file.I would be very thankful if somebody could help me with this. Here's the exception, which is shown multiple times in the log: 2019-07-31 23:23:50.819 Error App: Error in TheTVDB *** Error Report *** Version: 4.2.0.40 Command line: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/system/EmbyServer.dll -programdata /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata -ffdetect /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/bin/ffdetect -ffmpeg /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/bin/ffmpeg -ffprobe /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/bin/ffprobe -defaultdirectory /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA -updatepackage emby-server-qnap_{version}_x86_64.qpkg Operating system: Unix 4.2.8.0 64-Bit OS: True 64-Bit Process: True User Interactive: True Runtime: file:///share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 4 Program data path: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata Application directory: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/system System.NotSupportedException: System.NotSupportedException: Unknown header: 1148405077 at SharpCompress.Common.Zip.ZipHeaderFactory.ReadHeader(UInt32 headerBytes, BinaryReader reader, Boolean zip64) at SharpCompress.Common.Zip.StreamingZipHeaderFactory.ReadStreamHeader(Stream stream)+MoveNext() at SharpCompress.Readers.Zip.ZipReader.GetEntries(Stream stream)+MoveNext() at Emby.Server.Implementations.Archiving.ZipClient.ExtractAllFromZip(Stream source, String targetPath, Boolean overwriteExistingFiles) at Tvdb.TvdbSeriesProvider.DownloadSeriesZip(String seriesId, String idType, String seriesName, Nullable`1 seriesYear, String seriesDataPath, Nullable`1 lastTvDbUpdateTime, String preferredMetadataLanguage, String saveAsMetadataLanguage, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Tvdb.TvdbSeriesProvider.DownloadSeriesZip(String seriesId, String idType, String seriesName, Nullable`1 seriesYear, String seriesDataPath, Nullable`1 lastTvDbUpdateTime, String preferredMetadataLanguage, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Tvdb.TvdbSeriesProvider.EnsureSeriesInfo(Dictionary`2 seriesProviderIds, String seriesName, Nullable`1 seriesYear, String preferredMetadataLanguage, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Tvdb.TvdbSeriesProvider.GetMetadata(SeriesInfo searchInfo, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at MediaBrowser.Providers.Manager.MetadataService`2.ExecuteRemoteProviders(MetadataResult`1 temp, String logName, TIdType id, IEnumerable`1 providers, CancellationToken cancellationToken) Source: SharpCompress TargetSite: SharpCompress.Common.Zip.Headers.ZipHeader ReadHeader(UInt32, System.IO.BinaryReader, Boolean) It seems like this exception is repeated for every episode. I am using version 4.2.0.40 on a QNAP device.Thank you!Roman embyserver.txt
Luke 37045
This I'm sure is due to the tvdb outage and their website redesign so we'll just have to wait that process out.
romankk 8
Whoa, that was quick. Thank you for your reply. So, I guess I'll try tomorrow again. Just to be sure about this: according to https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/thetvdb.com.html, tvdb is available ("Thetvdb.com is UP and reachable by us.") Thanks again! Luke 37045
Yea the domain itself is up but they are making a lot of changes, so it's not worth troubleshooting this too hard until we know they're done. @@Happy2Play
