How can I change the layout in the app once running

I installed the windows 8 app and really like it, but think I pressed the settings for touch as the keyboard doesn't really do anything.  How can I change the layout - I saw the message on first use, but if I bring in the menu I cant see where I can select an alternate layout.

edit - ignore me.. found it in the charms menu - I was right clicking and getting the top menu appearing and couldn't find settings!

 

Still with the keyboard view, I still don't find navigation by keyboard very useful - the mouse seems to work far better.  May have to try MBT instead as a 10 foot program - this looks great on a windows tablet though :0)
